Data Deletion Request

BROX Connect respects your privacy. You may request that we delete the account and data you provided to us at any time.

1. What You Can Request

You can request deletion of your BROX Connect account and all associated data, including your profile, organization, WhatsApp connections, contacts, conversations, messages, and message templates.

2. How to Submit a Request

Send an email to privacy@broxconnect.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address registered to your BROX Connect account. In the email, tell us whether you want to delete your entire account or only specific data.

3. What Happens Next

We will verify that the request comes from the account owner, then delete (or irreversibly anonymize) the requested data within 30 days. We will confirm completion by email. Some records may be retained where required by law.

4. WhatsApp Data

BROX Connect connects to WhatsApp through Meta's Cloud API. Deleting your BROX Connect data does not delete data held by Meta or WhatsApp itself. To request deletion of data Meta holds about you, follow the instructions at Meta's data deletion page.
