BROX Connect provides a WhatsApp customer communication platform that enables organizations to manage conversations, automate responses, and collaborate as a team.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

BROX Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately.
